Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 10, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business:

1. Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Gajendra Kumar Bhandari as Director retiring by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Shah & Taparia., as Auditors of the Company.
