Ad-Manum Finance Board recommends Dividend

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% on equity shares (i.e. @ Rs 1.00 per shares) for the year ended on March 31, 2009 subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
