Anjani Synthetics fixes Book Closure for Stock Split & AGM

Anjani Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 10, 2009 to September 12, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the following purpose:

1. Splitting of the face value of the equity shares of the Company from the face value of Rs 10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of the face value of Re 1/- each.

2. 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2009.
