Suryadeep Salt Refinery & Chemicals Works Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following resolution relating to change the name of the Company from Suryadeep Salt Refinery and Chemicals Works Ltd to Sapan Chemicals Ltd.
