Acknit Industries Board recommends Dividend

Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2009, inter alia, has recommended for payment of Dividend at 15% i.e. Rs 1.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2009.
