Velan Hotels Board recommends Dividend

Velan Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (i.e. 5% on the face value of Rs 10/-) subject to the approval of the same by the Annual General Meeting.
