Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2009 to September 24, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2009 & also for the purpose of payment of Dividend.
