Uniply Industries - Outcome of AGM

Uniply Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 22, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following:

1. The audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 and report of directors and auditors thereto were considered and adopted.

2. Mr. Satya Prathaap Bhatera, a director of the Company, who retires by rotation and offers himself for reappointment was reappointed.

3. M/s. C Ramasamy & B Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company who retires at the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting were reappointed to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors.
