Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2009, inter alia, have adopted / passed the following resolutions:

1. Audited Annual Accounts, Directors' Report & Auditors' Report.

2. Declaration of Dividend at Re 0.90 per equity share of Rs 2/- each.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. P A Sethi, a Director liable to retire by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of Mr. S D Kshirsagar, a Director liable to retire by rotation.

5. Appointment of Auditors.

6. Appointment of Branch Auditor.
