Gandhinagar Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2009.

2. To fix book closure dates.

3. To convene Annual General Meeting and to consider matters incidental thereto.

4. To consider and review Expansion Project on hand.

5. To consider re-appointment of Shri. Dilipkumar K Trivedi as Executive Director (Accounts).
