IDFC - Grant of Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed BSE that pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employees 50,000 options equivalent to 50,000 equity shares on August 24, 2009 at a price of Rs 132.20 and 50,000 options equivalent to 50,000 equity shares on August 27, 2009 at a price or Rs 131.20 per equity share.
