Indo Amines - Outcome of Preferential Issue Committee Meeting

Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that in the preferential issue committee meeting held on August 27, 2009 the preferential issue committee converted 4,17,000 Fully Convertible Warrants in to equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 12/- including premium of Rs. 2/- issued to Versatile Chemicals Ltd.
