Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, recommended the Final Dividend @ 12.50% on Paid up Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2009, for the financial year ended March 31, 2009, for declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
