Industrial Investment - Outcome of AGM

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of dividend @ 10% for the year ended March 31, 2009.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Bipin Agarwal & Mrs. Thankom Mathew, who were liable to retire by rotation.

4. Appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for the year 2009-2010.

5. Appointment of Mr. R K Mittal & Mr. R S Loona as Directors.

6. Appointment of Mr. Venkatesan Narayanan as Director.

7. Appointment of Dr. B Samal as Executive Chairman of the Company.
