Suprajit Engineering - Outcome of AGM

Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declared final dividend of 25% for the year 2008-09.

3. Approved the appointment and payment of remuneration of Mr. K. Ajith Kumar Rai, Vice Chairman & Managing Director with effect from of April 01, 2009 for a period of 5 years.
