Accel Transmatic - Outcome of Board Meeting

Accel Transmatic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, has decided the following:

- Hive off Systems and Services Division to Accel Frontline Services Ltd (AFSL), subject to necessary shareholders approval.

AFSL is engaged in IT hardware related services for some of the major Original Equipment Manufacturers in India. The services include technical support, customer care, warranty services, repair and refurbishment, project roll - outs with an all India footprint.

AFSL is a 100% subsidiary company of M/s. Accel Ltd, a major Shareholder and Promoter of the Company.

The Company is in the process of obtaining shareholders' approval by way of a postal ballet to such proposal.
