Spectacle Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 05, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve the Directors Report.

2. Dividend to Equity Shareholders.

3. To consider the date of Annual General Meeting and Book closing for the purpose of payment of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2009.
