Wellworth Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was proposed to be held on September 01, 2009 has been postponed to September 02, 2009. The meeting will be held to make a second call on the 15,00,00,000 convertible warrants issued to Non-promoters on Preferential basis.
