Kaashyap Technologies - Extension for holding AGM

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that as decided by the Board in its meeting held on August 20, 2009, an extension of period for holding of Annual General Meeting was sought from Registrar of Companies, for which the Company has further informed that, Registrar of Companies, Chennai has accorded its approval on September 01, 2009 to hold Eleventh Annual General Meeting on or before December 10, 2009.
