Accurate Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2009, to consider and approve the following business:

1. To consider and approve audited Annual Accounts and Reports for the financial year ended on March 31, 2009.

2. To consider and approve, subject to approval of share holders, amendments in the terms of remuneration, payable to Mr. Deepak Sharma, Managing Director.

3. To consider and approve convening of next Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company and also to approve notice for the same.

4. To consider and approve, subject to approval of share holders, allotment of Equity Shares on Preferential basis to promoters of the Company.
