Empower Industries - Outcome of Board Meeting

Empower Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the fund raising programme by way of private placement either through Right issue or issue of various instruments such as Global Depository Receipts (GDR) /American Depository Receipts (ADRs) / Foreign currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB5)/or any other securities convertible in to equity shares whether optionally or otherwise upto Rs. 30 Crores.
