Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Approved and adopted Audited financial accounts for year ended March 31, 2009 - Passed unanimously.

2. Reappointment of Mr. Waryam Singh, Director retiring by Rotation - Passed unanimously.

3. Reappointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Director retiring by rotation - Passed unanimously.

4. Reappointment of Mr. Surinder Kumar Seni, Director retiring by rotation - Passed unanimously.

5. Reappointment of Auditors - Passed unanimously.

6. Issue of further Securities - Passed unanimously.
