IFL Promoters - Outcome of Board Meeting

IFL Promoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, discussed about the expansion of its operations and also for long term Working Capital. For this purpose, the Directors of the Company intend to mobilize funds through issue of warrants to group of persons belonging, to non promoter group by way of preferential allotment.
