Adarsh Plant - AGM on Sep 25, 2009

Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on September 25, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2009 together with Director's Report and Auditors' Report thereon.

2. To appoint a Director in place of Mr. Kiranbhai Patel & Mr. Arvindbhai Shah, who retire by rotation and being eligible, offers themselves for re-appointment.

3. To appoint Auditors and fix their Remuneration.
