Country Condos Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 08, 2009, inter alia, has decided to issue and allot 3,23,98,200 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up to the Existing Share holders of the Company as on Recorded Date (i.e. September 07, 2009) as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1 (i.e., 2 Equity Shares for every One Existing Equity Share held in the Company) by Capitalizing the Securities Premium Account up to an amount of Rs. 3,23,98,200/-.
