Rama Phosphates - BIFR Order

Rama Phosphates Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), vide their order dated August 06, 2009 has sanctioned the Rehabilitation Scheme granting the Company various relief and concessions.

The Sanctioned BIFR Order will be placed before the Board of Directors at the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company for taking note of the same.
