Seasons Furnishings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, to consider the cancellation of 56,06,100 Convertible Warrants issued by the Company on March 07, 2008 and forfeit the upfront amount received from the warrant holders @ Rs. 1.40 per warrant.
