ITI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2009, inter alia, considered observations / recommendations of the Government Audit and effected changes wherever required in the Annual Accounts for the year March 31, 2009.

The Company has submitted to BSE the revised financial particulars after completion of Government Audit for the year ended March 31, 2009.
