Uniply Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider extension of corporate guarantee to Axis Bank Ltd for the borrowings of M/s. UV Boards Ltd.

2. To review and discuss the business operation of the Company and future course of action.
