1. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year 2008-09.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 15% on paid up share capital of the Company.

3. Appointment of Director Shri. Rakesh Jain.

4. Appointment of Auditors M/s. Arora Banthia & Tulsiyan.

5. Re-appointment of the Chairman & Managing Director.
