Abee Info - AGM on Sep 30, 2009

Abee Info Consumables Ltd has informed BSE that the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended
March 31, 2009, Balance- Sheet as on that date together with the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. To re-appoint Mrs. Radhika Joglekar Director who retires by rotation and being eligible offers herself re-appointment.

3. To appoint M/s. Shah, Khandelwal, Jain & Associates, as Statutory Auditors of the Company from conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration.
