Koffee Break - Conversion of warrants into equity shares

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has informed BSE that the committee in their meeting held on September 11, 2009, converted 50,00,000 warrants into 50,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 2.1/- including premium of Rs. 1.1/- per share at cash to the allottees.
