Kalpena Industries Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Inbara Holdings Pvt. Ltd., one of the proposed Allottee of the Warrants, does not have any Pre - Preferential holdings in the Company till date. M/s. lnbara Holdings Pvt. Ltd. will now be introduced as a Promoter after the preferential allotment of warrants.
