India Foils - Revised Financial Results for Jun 30, 2009

With reference to earlier submitted result on July 30, 2009, regarding Financial Result for June 30, 2009 India Foils Ltd has informed BSE that there was a typographical error under heading 'Expenditure- 2 (a) inerease/ decrease in Stock in trade; wherein Rs 176.39 lacs was wrongly written as Rs.176.83 lacs.

The Company has submitted the corrected copy of the Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended June 30, 2009.
