Vertex Securities Ltd has informed BSE that by an order made on August 25, 2009, the Honorable High Court of Kerala has directed that a meeting of Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2009 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the compromise or arrangement proposed to be made between the Transwarranty Capital Pvt Ltd, the Transferor Company with Vertex Securities Ltd, the Transferee Company.
