Gujarat Carbon - Extension of time for holding AGM

Gujarat Carbon & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that application had been made to Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) U/s. 166 of the Companies Act, 1956 and get the approval of extension of time granted to hold the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on or before October 31, 2009.
