Sunil Hitech - Clarification on Book Closure

With reference to the earlier annoucement regarding Book Closure, Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has now informed BSE that due to cancellation of dividend proposal by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 17, 2009, the Book Closure will be the Annual Book Closure, as per the routine compliance.
