BPCL - Appointment of Statutory Auditors

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPLC) has informed BSE that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed M/s. B K Khare & Company, Chartered Accountants and K Varghese & Co. Chartered Accountants as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2009-10. M/s. B K Khare & Company, Chartered Accountants, were the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2008-09.
