Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2009, inter alia, has decided to list the equity shares in Deutsche Borse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) in the form of Depository Receipts (DRs) or the applicable route without raising money from the overseas market.
