HPCL - Appointment of Auditors

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has informed BSE that the Company have received a letter from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditors General of India, New Delhi advising appointment of the following firms as statutory / Branch Auditors for the Financial year 2009-10.

- V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. : Joint Statutory Auditors

- Om Agarwal & Co. : Joint Statutory Auditors

- Gandhy & Co. : Branch Auditors for Visakh Refinery.
