Innovative Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Annual Audited Accounts as at March 31, 2009.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. A. J. Tharakan as Director of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. PKF Sridhar and Santhanam, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors.

4. Appointment of Mr. M. K. Damodaran & Mr. T. Gautam as Directors of the Company.
