Ballarpur Industries Board recommends Dividend

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2009, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of 25% on the Equity share of the Company (previous year - 35%) i.e. Re. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each.
