Mini Diamonds - Extension of time for holding AGM

Mini Diamonds India Ltd has informed BSE that an application has been filed under Section 166(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 for extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 and the same has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide letter dated September 17, 2009.

Further the Company has informed that extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 has been granted upto December 27, 2009.
