Creative Eye - Outcome of AGM

Creative Eye Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2009, inter alia, to transacted the following business:

1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Directors' Report and Auditors' Report thereon were adopted.

2. Mr. M R Sivaraman & Mr. Shiv S Sharma, Directors of the Company who retired by rotation were re-appointed as director of the Company.

3. M/s. Uttam Abuwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company were reappointed as Auditors of the Company.
