Moving Picture - Outcome of Board Meeting

Moving Picture Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, has decided the following:

- To alter the main object of the Company by inserting new clauses relating to event Management and live shows, through the process of Postal Ballot u/s. 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001.
