Aadi Industries - Result of Postal Ballot

Aadi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the resolution relating to alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company for shifting of the registered office of the Company from the state on Gujarat to the state of Maharashtra, by majority.
