Simplex Castings - Outcome of AGM

Simplex Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following ordinary businesses unanimously:

1. Consideration & Adoption of audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2009, audited Balance Sheet on that date and the Report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2009 @ Rs. 2/- per share, as recommended by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 31, 2009.

3. Reappointment of Shri. Ketan M. Shah as the Executive Director of the Company.

4. Reappointment of Shri. Rajendra A. Shah as the Director of the Company.

5. Reappointment of Auditors M/s. Taunk & Srikanth, from the conclusion of this meeting to the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
