Scooters India Ltd has informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances the 37th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of the Company that was scheduled to be held on September 25, 2009 to transact the business as stated in the notice already circulated, stands postponed to be held on September 30, 2009.
