Advani Hotels - Outcome of AGM

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Anil Harish and Mrs. Menaka S Advani as Directors of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. J G Verma & Co; Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
