D & A Financial Services Pvt Ltd (Manager to the Offer) on behalf of M/s I. C. Construction & Services Ltd (Acquirer) along with M/s Indo Crediop Pvt Ltd & Mr Yogen Khosla (Persons Acting in Concert/ PACs) ) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Capital Trust Ltd (Target Company), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (PA) dated June 29, 2009.

1. The Schedule activity pertaining to the Open Offer has been changed and shall be read as under.
